Virus Removal
Removing Viruses/Malware can be a tricky job.
We have a low cost of £50 for all types of virus removal and make sure your machine is running the best it can.
We also service the machine to make sure no underline issues are occurring.
Factory Settings
Need your Operating System reset back to factory settings? That is not an issue, whether its Windows, Linux or Mac Operating Systems, we deal with them all and re-install the most up to date drivers, Windows updates & transfer your data back.

Screen Replacement
Have you accidently smashed the screen? Accidently dropped it off the chair or even closed the lid with a pen on the keyboard. These types of things happen. Screens are all different prices but ours start at £60 including fitting.
Machine Servicing
Just like a car it is recommended you service a machine each year. Servicing include fixing corrupted operating system files, history/cookie fixing, disk defragging (if possible), Microsoft updates, driver updates & diagnosing hardware for any underline issues. Servicing costs only £40.
Call Outs
If your unable to come to me, I can travel to you. If a job will work out to expensive being on site, I will take away the machine and fix at my place and then return the machine for a small fee.

Diagnostics
We have a wide range of different programs to help us diagnose your hardware issues. These programs help us find the issue quicker so we can fix and return your machine back to you as fast as possible. Diagnosing your machine cost's only £20 If we cannot find a correct diagnosis, then we will not charge you. (If the repair is done with us, we remove this charge.)
Data Recovery
Data Recovery can be a tricky beast. Whether its memory sticks or hard drives we have the software and equipment to recover your data. If we cannot do it, we will send your device to a data recovery lab we work with on your behalf. Data recovery starts at £30 per device.
Custom Built Machines
We love to build custom machines, whether it is a normal home machine, business machines or high spec gaming machine we do it all. Unlike most IT companies we do like to game, we have an in-depth knowledge of what our gamers like and know the hardware they would need.
Custom Emails & Hosting
Need a custom email address? We can get these on your behalf and maintain your domain with an email address of your choice. We can host this on our servers for you starting at £70 per year depending on your domain suffix.
Board Level Repairs
We have many different types of soldering and testing equipment to fix motherboards. We stock several different chips, capacitors, resistors & donor boards to fix motherboard issues.
Time Scale
We aim to turn around all jobs within 24-48 hours. If parts are needed to be ordered in, then this time scale will be increased depending on the length of time it takes to receive parts. As I do also have a full-time job, I cannot guarantee these times however I will try my hardest to fix the issue within this time frame.
Apple Repairs
We do not just deal with PC's, most of our board repairs are Apple based. Do not always believe Apple when they say you need to new a MacBook/iMac. There are several design flaws with Apple's hardware. No company is perfect.
About Me
As a young child I was always taking electronics to pieces. I loved computers and learning how they went together and pushing them to their limits, tinkering with different operating systems soon became second nature.
I will be running Turner Tech from home which is in the Dartford, Kent area.
My goal is to get a shop-front in the near future.
