Using remote support software, it allows us to remotely log into your machine without you needing to bring this to us. We can perform many task’s remotely i.e. virus removal, software installing, software updates and much more.

All you need is a broadband connection. We use a program called AnyDesk. It’s very easy to install, once the program is installed in the top left corner it will provide you a 9 digit number, pass that number onto us and with a few clicks we will have full control of your machine. You will be able to see everything we are doing and hopefully resolve your issue.

To start a remote session please click here and click the big green button that says “Download Now” that will start the download of the software and depending on the browser your using will require different instructions but don’t worry we will walk you through each stage of this process.

Remote Support is priced on an hourly basis @£35.00, we ask for the first hour upfront and the rest of the time will be billed after. If we suspect this will take a few hours and would be incredibly cheaper to bring the device to us, then we would suggest that if this is possible. We would also strongly suggest calling us first to discuss your issue.

We currently only accept payments through PayPal for your and our protection.
We will not take any card payments over the phone. Below is an easy online form to make a payment which you will require a PayPal account. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you will need to create one which you can do during check out however we do strongly advise creating one before contacting us and unfortunately we can’t help with the process of creating a PayPal account.
